art as an experience
a Friday zine
WHAT IS A ZINE
In “A Friday Zine” you’ll find magazine-like publication in a more personal and direct form. My zine is more than a self-published booklet. It is designed to merge art, visualization, mindfulness, and sensory guidance together while discussing interesting subjects such as makeup as meditation, or inner child parenting through a bedtime story.
WANT TO KNOW
WHAT IS A ZINE
A Zine is like a magazine, but more personal, more intimate, more privet. Some pages can be handmade, others image-based, others based on words. The words can be an article, random thoughts, a poem. But it’s all based on expression, freedom, and art. A Zine is an art in and of itself. But my through zines you’ll always get a piece of art. An abstract art, a sketch, a graphic, a photograph even. And when you add some of those up, you can curate your personal gallery wall.
This informal form of a magazine, created by an artist (or a few of them), can be found in digital or print form. Since a zine is a way for an artist to communicate directly with their audience, without any restrictions, I’ll start A Friday Zine in digital form, but limited-edition prints will be coming soon. Also, I give two options to get en issue: individually or as part of a monthly subscription.
“The painting visualization was mesmerizing and easy to give myself over to – a welcome break from the overthinking I am prone to do.”

An experience that will take you to your happy place -mine is Paris! But what exactly does it mean to have a “happy place” and how does one get there?
My digital experiences are much more than a video and some text. They’re based on relaxing you to take in all the images, scents, tastes, textures, sounds and suggestions. There is a “being there” feeling by receiving all the necessary triggers and then let your mind fill in the gaps.
