Usually when i interpret a dream, is to see how i really feel and what’s happening in my subconscious… and usually, there is a pure mess down there!
interpret a dream
Weird dreams are nothing new to me. Usually I try to interpret them out of curiosity, because they really are weird! I don’t necessarily seek any “messages from the future” when I interpret dreams, but mostly to see what happens in my subconscious … and it’s usually a mess! haha
HAVING WEIRD DREAMS
Of course, me being me, I do find spiritual and slightly metaphysical connections when I search for meanings in what I’ve dreamed about, but I’m not carried away. And some times, even when I don’t feel actually scared within the dream, when I wake up and think about it, I get a little creeped out… If you’ve already listened to the podcast, you know what I mean. I definitely think these weird, scary dreams mean something, but I’m not sure what. So, I might sage a bit the next morning… you know, just in case! 😆

CAN YOU INTERPRET A LUCID DREAM
I love it when I know I’m in a dream! The freedom and the endless potential is out of this world (quite literally!). Usually, I don’t completely control my dream, but I’ll probably do something crazy. My most frequent reactions are “Wake up, it’s only a dream”, “It’s a dream, jump!” or “It’s a dream, take the bathing suit off!” 😂
I’ve read about sleep yoga and how meditating within a dream can be an amazing experience. You’re basically inside the subconscious which you normally try to access when awake (aka in full consciousness). I find it extremely interesting and I want to try it so much. On the other hand, lucid dreaming is fun and a rare opportunity to just be crazy, fly, breathe underwater… do anything! Do I really want to turn it into a “practice”?
Until next time, take care.
